10 MINUTES SWEET POTATO PURÉE: the easy recipe

La Mashed Sweet Potatoes 10 minutes. is a puree made from sweet potatoes, crème fraiche, parmesan, butter, fennel, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Easy to prepare, smooth and fragrant, it is ideal as an accompaniment.

Ingredients: 6 people
400 g sweet potatoes
100 ml whole cream
50 g of Parmesan cheese
20 g butter
1 branch of fennel
olive oil, salt, pepper


  • Wash the sweet potatoes and boil for 30 min. Once cooked, peel and pass through a potato masher.
  • Pour the cream into the bowl of a blender, add the butter, salt, pepper, a branch of fennel and the Parmesan. To mix everything.
  • Combine with the mashed sweet potato, pour the mash into a saucepan and heat over very low heat, stirring, until it becomes soft and smooth.
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil, flavor with a pinch of paprika and serve.
