La extra light pineapple mousse is a mousse made from pineapple, egg whites and vanilla powder.

Ingredients: 6 people
1 pineapple 
3 egg whites
5 g vanilla powder

Preparation:

  • Peel the pineapple, cut into pieces and mix.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks with the vanilla powder.
  • Gently fold the egg whites with a spatula into the pineapple purée.
  • Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Go out and serve.
  • To taste!
