The sugar-free honey nut cookies are cookies made with apple, honey, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, vale, olive oil, nuts and flour.

Easy and quick to prepare, without sugar or butter, these healthy and nutritious cookies are well suited for breakfast and as a snack of the day.

Ingredients:  for about 30 biscuits
1 apple, peeled and seeded
90 ml of honey
1 tbsp. to s. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. to c. ground cloves
1 C. to s. baking soda
1 C. to c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. to c. vanilla extract
200 ml olive oil
100 g walnuts, chopped into small pieces
500 g flour


  • Cut the apple into very small pieces.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat.
  • Add the apple and cook, 2 to 3 minutes, until it begins to soften. Cover with water and reduce heat to medium.
  • Simmer for about 15 minutes until the water evaporates.
  • Transfer the apple pieces to a bowl and stir in all remaining ingredients except flour and nuts.
  • Set aside 4-5 tbsp. to s of nuts and powder the remaining nuts.
  • Put in a bowl and gradually add the flour while mixing the dough with your hands.
  • Mix the flour and walnut powder with the apple mixture until you get a smooth paste. 
  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Place the dough on parchment paper and cover with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to 5 mm thick.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining chopped walnuts and press down gently with your hands to make them adhere to the dough.
  • With a round cookie cutter, shape the cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Put 8 in 10 min.
  • Go out and let cool.
