375 g flour
190 g cane sugar
20 g of corn starch
1 baking powder
200 g soy yogurt
120 ml of oil
200 g soy milk
1 c. to c. vanilla extract
icing sugar

Preparation:

  • Pour the flour, corn starch, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  • Then add the oil, milk, yogurt and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
  • Pour the dough into a funnel mold (Bundt or ciambella type) 23 to 24 cm in diameter, buttered and floured.
  • Preheat the oven in static mode to 180 ° C.
  • Bake during 40 min.
  • Go out and let cool.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar.
