Ingredients: 4 people
200 g breadcrumbs
100 g parmesan
1 clove of garlic
120 ml olive oil


  • Chop the parsley and garlic and add to the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil and mix well.
  • Add a pinch of salt and a little pepper.
  • Work the mixture with your fingers so that it crumbles, then use!
