La cold pistachio cream is a cold dessert made from Greek yogurt, icing sugar, pistachio paste, cream and pistachios.
Easy and quick to prepare, without eggs, refreshing and tasty, it is ideal for snacks of the day.

|Ingredients: 6 people|
|250 g of Greek yogurt (or cheese spread)|
|60 g icing sugar|
|50 g of pure pistachio paste (or 60 g of finely chopped pistachios)|
|250 ml of fresh liquid cream|
|pistachio seeds (optional)|
- In a blender, whisk the yogurt or Greek cheese with the pistachio paste and icing sugar until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Then add the cold fresh liquid cream and whip until a compact, homogeneous and lump-free consistency is obtained.
- Leave to rest for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Divide the cream into dessert glasses and decorate with pistachio seeds.
- Serve and enjoy!
