  • In a bowl, combine the butter, flour and water. Knead until it forms a dough.
  • Place it in a 23 to 24 cm diameter pie pan or small pie tins lined with baking paper.
  • Preheat the oven in static mode to 200 ° C.
  • Bake during 10 min.
  • Go out and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut into small cubes.
  • Take half the zest and juice of one lemon. Mix with the diced apples. Stir then garnish the pre-baked pie.
  • In a saucepan, heat the butter-sugar-flour and milk mixture over low heat until you obtain a smooth cream.
