SALTED TUNA AND ZUCCHINI CAKE

Ingredients: 6 people
3 medium size zucchini
3 carrots
100 g flour
4 eggs
2 cans of tuna in olive oil (160 g)
1 / 2 bags of baking powder
50 g of Parmesan cheese
salt pepper

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven in static mode to 180 ° C. 
  • Wash the zucchini and cut, then peel the carrots. 
  • With a grater or a blender, grate the vegetables, then put in a bowl and add the flour and baking powder, Parmesan, a few tablespoons of oil, drained tuna, salt and pepper, and mix. 
  • Add the 4 beaten eggs. 
  • Mix everything together and pour the mixture into a 22 to 24 cm diameter mold fitted with baking paper. 
  • Bake about 40 min. 
  • Servir chaud.
