|3 medium size zucchini|
|100 g flour|
|2 cans of tuna in olive oil (160 g)|
|1 / 2 bags of baking powder|
|50 g of Parmesan cheese|
- Preheat the oven in static mode to 180 ° C.
- Wash the zucchini and cut, then peel the carrots.
- With a grater or a blender, grate the vegetables, then put in a bowl and add the flour and baking powder, Parmesan, a few tablespoons of oil, drained tuna, salt and pepper, and mix.
- Add the 4 beaten eggs.
