Le light rice pudding 5 minutes is a dessert made from rice, semi-skimmed milk, sugar and vanilla that can be prepared in less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients: 4 people
150 g round rice
75 g of semi-skimmed milk
75 g powdered sugar
1 gousse de vanille


  • Rinse the rice and under running water. Drain.
  • Pour into a saucepan, cover with water and cook for about 5 min.
  • Drain again.
  • Pour the milk into another saucepan with the sugar, the vanilla pod split in half and the seeds scraped off. Add the rice.
  • Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and cook for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • Serve warm or chilled.
  • To taste!
