Le light rice pudding 5 minutes is a dessert made from rice, semi-skimmed milk, sugar and vanilla that can be prepared in less than 5 minutes.

|Ingredients: 4 people|
|150 g round rice|
|75 g of semi-skimmed milk|
|75 g powdered sugar|
|1 gousse de vanille|
- Rinse the rice and under running water. Drain.
- Pour into a saucepan, cover with water and cook for about 5 min.
- Drain again.
- Pour the milk into another saucepan with the sugar, the vanilla pod split in half and the seeds scraped off. Add the rice.
- Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and cook for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Serve warm or chilled.
