Le Royal Hawaiian ou Royal Hawaiian was the signature cocktail of the famous waikiki resort of the same name, the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Created in the 1920s, it was originally called Princess Kaiulani. It was in the 1950s that it was renamed into the hotel's namesake cocktail. The hotel has since changed its signature cocktail to the Mai Tai cocktail.
This recipe is for the alcohol-free version of the cocktail.

|Ingredients: 1 guest|
|90 ml of pineapple juice|
|30 ml of lemon juice|
|60 ml of almond milk|
|wedge of fresh pineapple or lemon|
- Pour the pineapple juice, almond milk, lemon juice and lots of crushed ice into the shaker.
- Shake well then filter the drink by pouring it into a very cold glass (put in the freezer beforehand).
- Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple with its tuft of leaves.
