Le homemade raspberry syrup is a syrup made from raspberries, sugar and lemon.

Easy and quick to prepare, sweet, fresh and delicious, it is perfect to quench your thirst throughout the day.

Preparation time : 10 min + 24 h (maceration)
Ingredients: about 500 ml of syrup
300 g raspberries
500 g sugar
1 lemon (juice)


  • Wash and dry the raspberries.
  • Put in a colander, cover with half the sugar and let macerate for a day.
  • Filter and pour into a saucepan.
  • Add the juice of one lemon and the remaining sugar.
  • Cook over low heat in a saucepan for 5 minutes after boiling.
  • Remove the pan from the heat, let cool, then put in a sterilized bottle.
  • Store in a cool place.
  • To taste!
