Le Bellini of Venice without alcohol is a cocktail made from white peach juice and ginger ale.

The Bellini was created in 1948 at Harry's Bar in Venice by Giuseppe Cipriani, becoming the emblematic drink of the place. Originally, this cocktail is a blend of white peach nectar and Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine), named after the Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini.
