MAYONNAISE WITHOUT EGGS

La mayonnaise without eggs is a preparation based on soy milk, oil, lemon juice and mustard.

Ingredients: 4 people
100 ml of soy milk
100 ml of oil (peanut or olive)
2 c. to s. of lemon juice
1 c. to c. mustard

Preparation:

  • Pour 100 ml of cold soy milk, lemon juice and mustard in a large bowl or a very tall glass.
  • Whisk in an immersion blender while gradually incorporating the oil. 
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • To taste!
