Le alcoholic cocktail Mexico is a drink made from melon, grapefruit, skimmed milk, grenadine syrup, cane sugar and mint.

Easy and quick to prepare, refreshing and delicious, it is perfect to quench your thirst all day long.

4 glasses
200 ml (6.5 fl oz) skim milk
150 ml (5 fl oz) grapefruit juice
2 half melons
4 tbsp. to s. (4 tbsp) grenadine syrup
4 tbsp. to s. (4 tbsp) cane sugar
10 mint leaves
crushed ice


  • Wash and prraise the pulp of the melon.
  • Mix, keeping 4 small cubes for decoration.
  • Set aside 250 ml of juice.
  • Mix 150 ml of pink grapefruit juice and melon juice.
  • Divide 2 tablespoons of crushed ice between 4 cocktail glasses.
  • Distribute the fruit juice, then 20 cl of very cold skimmed milk.
  • Add 1 tsp. to s. of grenadine syrup per glass.
  • Serve smoothed with a cocktail spoon.
  • Decorate with a piece of melon and a slice of grapefruit.
  • Enjoy very fresh!
