200 g of peeled almonds
200 g powdered sugar


  • Spread the almonds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  • Preheat the oven in static mode to 180 ° C.
  • Grill for 5 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Once toasted, roughly chop part of the almonds and leave the other part whole.
  • Pour the sugar into a large non-stick skillet. 
  • Heat over low heat until it dissolves completely and turns an amber color. 
  • Do not mix but move the pan to facilitate caramelization.
  • When completely melted, add the almonds and mix well with a wooden spoon until the almonds are completely coated with caramel.
  • Cook for another minute then remove from the heat.
  • Pour the mixture onto baking paper and level with a wooden spoon or wet knife to a thickness of 1 cm while still hot. 
  • Let cool slightly, then cut with a sharp, oiled knife into the desired shape and size.
  • Let cool completely before serving and enjoying.
