Le Christmas tiramisu is a dessert made from boudoirs soaked in cold coffee, mascarpone cream covered with chocolate shavings.

600 g (2.5 cups) mascarpone
200 ml (1 cup) cold coffee
12-15 boudoirs
125 g (1 cup) icing sugar
30 g (1 ounce) dark chocolate
3 fresh eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 / 2 vanilla bean


  • In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla seeds until a light foam is obtained.
  • Add the slightly relaxed mascarpone beforehand with a spoon and mix gently with the mixture of egg yolks and sugar.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and gently add to the cream until smooth, soft and shiny.
  • Dip the ladyfingers in the cold coffee for a few seconds on both sides and place in a baking dish.
  • Cover the boudoirs with mascarpone cream and sprinkle with coarsely chopped chocolate.
  • Serve immediately.
