Le Apple cake sugar and butter free is a cake made from apples, flour, yogurt, egg, yeast and cinnamon.

Easy and quick to make, soft and naturally sweet thanks to the presence of apples, it is ideal for snacks of the day.

Ingredients: 6 people
500 g of apples for the dough
125 g flour
125 g white yoghurt
1 egg
1 c. to c. of baking powder
1 apple for the top
1 teaspoon of cinnamon


  • Wash, peel and cut 2 apples into 4 wedges.
  • Remove the central part and cut into pieces.
  • Put the chopped apples, flour, yogurt and egg in the bowl of the mixer and mix at maximum speed for 1 min.
  • Add the baking powder and cinnamon and mix for about ten seconds.
  • Provide a mold 20 cm in diameter with baking paper and pour the mixture into it
  • Peel an apple, cut into quarters, remove the central part, cut into thin slices and place on top of the cake.
  • Preheat the oven in static mode to 180 ° C.
  • Bake for about 45 min.
  • Take out of the oven and let cool.
  • Unmold and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
  • Serve and enjoy!
