La shortcrust pastry without butter 10 minutes is a dough made from flour, eggs, oil, sugar, yeast, lemon, vanilla and salt.

Easy to prepare, soft, crumbly and delicious, it's perfect for cookies and pies.

Ingredients: 1 pie or 50 cookies
330 g flour
1 egg
2 egg yolks
100 ml of sunflower oil
130 g powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. to c. baking powder (for pies or soft cookies)
1 lemon (grated rind)
1 C. to c. vanilla extract (option)
1 pinch of salt


  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, salt and flavoring for 5 min.
  • Slowly add the oil until the mixture is frothy and clear.
  • Then add all at once to the flour.
  • First mix with a spatula, then place on a work surface.
  • Compact with your hands for a few minutes.
  • Add a pinch of flour and form a ball of dough.
  • Let stand 30 minutes in the refrigerator before using.
  • Baking time for a static oven preheated to 180 ° C: 12 to 15 min for the cookies and 40 to 45 min for the pies.
